Costing and estimating, compiling manufacture and installation programs, method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans and work packs in a timely manner for job execution. Working closely with the sales and applications team when bidding for projects Control multiple projects simultaneously Attended client meetings to ensure the installation, co-ordination and planning of the work is in line with the client's expectations. Ensure AAF site safety procedures and environmental codes of practice are enforced throughout installation activities. Develops and determines priorities and monitors status of special projects on an ongoing basis. Acts as liaison between customers and other departments. Maintains scheduling and cost requirements. Prepares status reports to update and inform others of all project activities. Prepares project summary report upon completion of project. Creates invoices etc. Assists in resolving receivables issues. Completion of project execution documents for all assigned projects. Onsite supervision experience of GT auxiliary equipment erection and modification. Assess the labour and equipment requirements for each project and submit price analysis. Provide technical instruction to field service representatives regarding the installation, operation, commissioning repair and maintenance of equipment at customer installations. Actively lead, supported and managed sub-contract labour to ensure timely execution of the installation project and ensure all site safety procedures were adhered to Monitor health and safety documentation and complete safety inspections Minimum 5 years of experience in the same profile
