Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients (cafes, restaurants, hotels, dessert parlors, etc.)
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate machine solutions (coffee and/or ice cream equipment)
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, HoReCa, or B2B sectors
Knowledge of coffee and/or ice cream machines is a strong plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client accounts
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales reporting
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings or trade shows
