Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business by identifying and prospecting new customers/clients in the target segments
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and account loyalty.
Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, tenders, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to secure sales while protecting company margins and compliance.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs .
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs and emerging equipment/technology innovations; provide feedback to management for strategy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and onboarding of equipment, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, client database, forecasts, reports and documentation
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in equipment sales, machinery, industrial supplies, or similar B2B environment.
For Qatar/GCC region experience is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of technical specifications of equipment, ability to read/interpret drawings or specifications .
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, be self-driven, target-oriented, persistent and proactive.
Good organizational and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid Qatar driving license preferred
Knowledge of the local market in Qatar

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,200.00 per month
