Develop new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company's customer base.
Present and demonstrate equipment to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate sales contracts to close profitable deals.
Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated on new product developments and technological advancements in the industry.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment or industrial product sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good technical understanding of equipment or machinery (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
