We are seeking a qualified Construction Equipment Technician / Mechanic to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on various types of equipment including:
Plate compactors
Concrete vibrators
Power trowels (float trowels)
Site generators (diagnostics and repair)
ETC.....
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely before return to use
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding equipment status
Keep tools and work area clean and organized
Requirements:
Proven experience with construction or site equipment repair
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Experience with generators and powered construction tools
Valid driver's license
Relevant trade certifications are an asset
