Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Electrician & Mechanic to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on heavy-duty construction and mining machinery such as shovels, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Bobcat, and other similar equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in hydraulic systems, engines, ECUs, and electrical circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in heavy equipment. Conduct scheduled maintenance of engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, braking mechanisms, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot electronic control units (ECUs), wiring harnesses, sensors, and integrated control systems. Repair and maintain critical components including alternators, starters, fuel injection systems, and compressors. Interpret and work with technical drawings, manuals, and outputs from diagnostic software. Maintain accurate service logs and inspection reports. Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards during all repair and maintenance activities. Provide support for breakdown repairs both onsite and within the workshop.

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Auto Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 4-6 years of combined experience in mechanical and electrical repair of heavy-duty machinery. Proven experience with equipment from Komatsu, Caterpillar, Bobcat, Volvo, and other similar brands. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting hydraulic and electrical schematics. Ability to work independently under field conditions, including remote job sites.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
