To act as both a technical reference and an equipment fitter within the team, covering a broader range of products and processes.

Key Activities

Includes all activities of an

Equipment Fitter

, plus:

Ensure quality improvements by proposing and implementing ideas. Provide guidance and training, particularly for new employees. Support the team in adhering to standards and resolving technical issues. Participate in validating operational procedures (instruction sheets, programs). Prepare and deliver training sessions. Conduct highly specialized tasks in case of new serial production. Take initiative in selecting methods, processes, and tools. Assist in developing production files for serial manufacturing. Present solutions and results and execute specialized operations under supervision.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
