We are hiring below position for one of our ongoing project

Position

- Equipment Engineer

Experience

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in ADNOC Projects required

Salary

- AED 8,000/- to AED 10,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot production or operational equipment. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability. Monitor equipment performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement equipment modifications to improve efficiency, safety, and quality. Lead or support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, etc.) on equipment-related issues and projects. Maintain detailed documentation including service records, equipment manuals, and SOPs. Ensure equipment complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality requirements. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and support. Support commissioning and qualification of new equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field. 3 to 5 years of experience in equipment engineering or maintenance engineering. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC programming, etc.). Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements related to equipment operations.
