Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, grinding, and roughening substrates.
Mix and apply
epoxy adhesives, mortars, grouts
, and sealants as per manufacturer specifications.
Bond or anchor construction materials such as tiles, stones, concrete elements, and structural components.
Repair cracks, joints, and surfaces using injection or patching methods.
Install expansion joints or fill gaps using appropriate epoxy compounds.
Ensure proper curing and setting of epoxy materials in various environmental conditions.
Follow technical drawings, instructions, and specifications accurately.
Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure cleanliness of work area.
Follow all safety protocols, especially regarding chemical handling and confined spaces.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
epoxy mason
,
tile mason
, or similar adhesive-related masonry role.
Knowledge of different types of epoxies and their use in construction.
Skilled in
surface preparation

mixing ratios

application techniques
.
Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated platforms, or marine environments (if applicable).
Physically fit with good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Basic literacy to read labels, instructions, and safety data sheets (SDS).
Understanding of safety practices in handling adhesives, chemicals, and PPE use.
