Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Epoxy Flooring Expert

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing surfaces and applying epoxy and other resin-based coatings to commercial, industrial, or residential floors. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for epoxy coating by cleaning, grinding, shot blasting, and repairing floors Mix and apply epoxy, polyurethane, and other resin-based coatings according to manufacturer specifications Apply decorative finishes such as flakes, metallics, quartz, or anti-slip textures Ensure consistent coating thickness, finish quality, and curing times Operate flooring equipment and tools safely and effectively (e.g., grinders, polishers, mixers) Follow safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and ensure job site cleanliness Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the application process Communicate with team members and project managers on job progress and timelines Perform quality checks and final inspections Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in epoxy or resin flooring application Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and epoxy application methods Ability to read and follow technical datasheets and instructions Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel to job sites as needed High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification is a plus).

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
