Job Description

About the Role: As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from design to construction supervision. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure the project aligns with time, cost, and quality benchmarks. You will be the clientaEUR(TM)s primary representative throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of the resort renovation project. Ensure alignment with project goals, contractual obligations, and client expectations. Oversee the performance of consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor project milestones and apply corrective actions to avoid delays. Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are enforced. Foster a collaborative and results-driven project environment. Serve as the main point of contact for the client and external stakeholders. Mentor and manage the project team to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 20 years of experience in design, construction, and project management. At least 8 years of experience as Project Director for similar high-end hospitality projects in Oman/GCC. Demonstrated leadership in large-scale resort or 5-star hotel projects. Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and contract management skills. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage
