About the Role:
The Programme Manager, lead project oversight, planning, and coordination with contractors for the successful execution of an RTA-led rail program. Ensures milestones are achieved through structured planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and interface activities.
• Track contractor performance and manage progress reporting.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly updates to RTA.
• Ensure compliance with RTA standards and project delivery milestones.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years in rail/transport infrastructure project management.
• Education: Bachelor's in civil, Electrical, or Systems Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 (mandatory).
• Standards & Compliance: ISO 21500, ISO 9001, UAE project protocols.
