Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue and market presence. This role involves researching market trends, generating new leads, meeting potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate leads. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with client interactions and business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop promotional strategies and materials. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven UAE or GCC experience in sales, marketing, or business development (minimum 2 years).Brilliant Fresher are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic both written and spoken. Knowledge of Malayalam, Tamil will be an advantage Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and office CRM. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid UAE driving license is a must.
