Main Duties : Brevan is currently looking for an Environmental Safety Specialist to work with our client in Doha Qatar. Educational Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Advanced degree in a relevant discipline. \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum of ten years\xe2\x80\x99 experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in environmental management system implementation and management. \xef\x82\xb7 Extensive knowledge of environmental regulation. Experience: \xef\x82\xb7 Experience working in a scientific or research oriented environment (Laboratory, University, or Medical Complex). \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in designing and implementing environmental management systems. \xef\x82\xb7 Extensive knowledge of effective environmental compliance strategies and best management practice. \xef\x82\xb7 Diverse knowledge of environmental monitoring and control methods, techniques and documentation. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience working with senior managers. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience successfully managing and motivating a team. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing. \xef\x82\xb7 Evidence of continued professional and personal development. \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated experience coaching and developing individuals. We are looking for candidates who have worked in University or Laboratory environments.
