We are seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Officer to join the American University in the Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on campus, ensuring the safety of students and staff. Salary Range & Benefits:

AED 7,000 & Additional Benefits Qualifications & Education:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field from an accredited university Experience:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience Skills / Training / Knowledge:

Ability to multi-task Fluent in English and Arabic Experience in maintaining accurate records Ability to work under pressure and adapt work timings Strong communication and influencing skills Team-oriented with attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of risk assessment, fire, and safety systems Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the HSE Management System Report to the Facility Manager on HSE policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities Coordinate with investigation teams and report incidents with corrective actions Develop annual HSE training plans Participate in internal and external audits Assist in developing crisis and emergency management plans Support health and safety event planning and implementation Implement changes related to HSE requirements Perform additional duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
