The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex entertainment technology deployments in high-profile events and excels at coordinating multiple vendors, departments, and schedules in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the onsite installation, setup, and delivery of all entertainment technology systems (Audio, Video, Lighting, and related disciplines).
Manage day-to-day onsite operations, including scheduling, contractor supervision, and access management.
Ensure all installations meet design specifications, technical requirements, and safety standards.
Liaise between technical vendors, production management, creative teams, and venue representatives to ensure seamless integration and communication.
Track progress and maintain daily reports, issue logs, and coordination notes.
Anticipate and resolve technical or logistical challenges quickly and effectively.
Support testing, commissioning, and show-readiness of all systems in coordination with department heads.
Uphold the highest HSE and quality standards throughout all technical activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 6+ years' experience in technical production or entertainment technology management for large-scale events, concerts, or theatrical productions.
Proven success managing onsite installation teams and coordinating Audio, Video, and Lighting vendors.
Strong knowledge of technical production workflows, safety compliance, and event infrastructure.
Ability to interpret and execute technical drawings, system layouts, and rigging plots.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; adept at working across multiple disciplines and nationalities.
Experience in international or Middle Eastern event markets preferred.
Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
