GN Audio (Jabra) is looking for a highly skilled target-oriented and experienced Territory Sales Manager to manage channel and end customers of an assigned territory Egypt and Libya and ensure that sales targets are achieved as well as manage our strategic alliances across the region.
As part of the Enterprise division, you will be part of an exciting growth strategy where GN Audio is positioned as a global leader in intelligent audio and video conferencing solutions.
You should also be able to keep abreast of the latest industry trends and determine the potential impact it may have on company products and services.
To be successful as a territory sales manager, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, an exceptional territory sales manager should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.
You will be based out of Egypt and be part of Jabra the EMEA EAST MENA Sales team reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales MENA region.
This is a high-impact position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for measurable revenue driving activities, aligned closely with Sales and Marketing and possess a high-performance mindset.
Your main role and responsibilities
Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train onboard and guide partners
Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets and related KPI’s as agreed with the manager
Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques
Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory
Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory
Play an active part in owning of long-term business development projects and support to key accounts/projects beyond own field territory.
Maintain solid sales pipeline
Provide thorough product knowledge to customers incl. differentiation to competition.
Provide hands-on product support to customers
Perform business and customer analytics and identify and manage sales opportunities.

You hold an education at Bachelor level as a minimum and sales related training/certification
You are experienced in progressive sales preferably in IT, VC, or telecommunication sector
You have a background from communications technology companies and understanding/have experience within unified communications and call center environments
You have exposure to indirect sales through channels
You are structured and have a strategic approach to business planning
You are able to identify potential acquisition targets and bring these deals to closure
You are an excellent relationship building at all levels including ’C’ level and exceptional customer service skills
You have financial analytics skills and an efficient problem solver (analyses, etc.)
You are an expert in MS Office and Customer Relationships Management Systems
You can expect some travelling activity: 50% of working days includes national/international travelling
