Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Service Assurance Engineer to monitor, analyze, and ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise IT services and networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MPLS circuits, service monitoring tools, and incident management in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise IT services, networks, applications, and MPLS circuits to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Perform troubleshooting for complex service incidents; detect, investigate, and resolve issues; conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Track, measure, and report on SLAs and KPIs, including latency, packet loss, and uptime of MPLS and other critical network services.
• Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for service incidents, updates, and escalations, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Support change and configuration management; maintain accurate documentation of systems, network topologies, and dependencies.
• Analyze service performance, plan capacity, and recommend optimizations to prevent service degradation.
• Develop automation scripts and monitoring tools to streamline incident detection, alerting, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, MPLS providers, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
• Prepare detailed service health reports, communicate incident status to stakeholders, and participate in operational reviews.
• Implement process improvements to enhance service reliability, efficiency, and proactive monitoring.
• Stay updated on networking technologies, MPLS, cloud services, and enterprise IT trends to support evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications (required).
• 15 years of experience in network/service monitoring or service assurance roles.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
