Sales Manager - MENA



Who are we?

We are a Dubai-based hospitality venture that's currently in stealth mode and are backed by a portfolio of international technology, hospitality, and real estate investors. We have launched in the UAE and will be launching new markets across MENA, South Asia and Southeast Asia over the next 2 - 3 years.

We are looking for a self-starting sales professional to lead our enterprise sales efforts. The ideal candidate has the ability to autonomously grow our sales funnel while building a regional sales team.. The role will provide a competitive compensation package. Preference will be given to applicants with existing relationships with relevant enterprises. Hospitality sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow, optimize and manage the UAE sales funnel
• Hit occupancy and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client base (corporates, SMEs, startups)
• Structure and recruit the regional sales team
• Work cross-functionally with talented operations, technology and business development teams

Looking for

• 5+ years experience in enterprise sales, preferably hospitality sales
• Prior experience in leading successful sales teams
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable
• Desire to join a rocket-ship venture-backed startup
• Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
• Customer-obsession
• Excellent communicator with strong verbal and negotiation skills
