We are looking for a
driven Sales & Account Agent
who understands the UAE enterprise market and can confidently present AI solutions to business decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and engage enterprise prospects using tools such as
Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, and MailerLite
Conduct cold calls, client visits, and virtual presentations
Run targeted outreach and
account-based marketing (ABM)
campaigns via LinkedIn
Sales & Business Development
Sell AI, speech analytics, and
SAP-integrated automation solutions
Deliver product demos, presentations, and proposals to senior stakeholders
Work closely with technical teams to address client requirements
Negotiate and close enterprise-level deals
Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with clients in
contact centers, telecom, banking, and real estate
Support onboarding and ensure smooth solution adoption
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Market Awareness
Stay updated on AI, automation, and compliance trends in the UAE and GCC
Track competitors and provide market feedback to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum
2 years of B2B sales experience
in the UAE
Basic understanding of AI and automation concepts such as
NLP, speech analytics, ML, and AI call analytics
Familiarity with
AWS AI services
is an advantage
Awareness of
data privacy and compliance
(GDPR, UAE Data Protection Law, EU AI Act)
Experience using sales tools like
Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or MailerLite
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and client meetings
Fluent in English
Preferred Attributes
Experience selling
AI, SaaS, or analytics solutions
Ability to manage enterprise sales cycles and senior stakeholders
Exposure to regulated industries is a plus
Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
