My client is one of the largest and well respected Investment Management businesses in the world and are looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk specialist to join the business. The successful candidate will manage a team of two and will be a key contributor to the development, continuous improvement and implementation of the organisations Enterprise Risk Framework and Policy. Main responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the development and ensure the implementation of the enterprise risk strategy and plans
- Contribute to the development, implementation and optimization of risk policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines
- Support risk owners on identification and management of risks and controls
- Provide information, transfer knowledge, and actively promote risk focused culture
- Contribute to review and enhancement of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s risk practices against industry best practices
- Contribute to business continuity preparedness and planning
- Provision of timely reporting tailored to requirements of users.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent from a reputable and recognized university
- Relevant qualifications from risk/business continuity institutes
- 10+ years of relevant progressive professional experience in Risk Management including exposure to Investment/Asset Management sector
