Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Design, deploy, configure, and support Cisco ACI fabric, including APIC controllers, leaf/spine architecture, and policy-based networking.
- Implement and maintain Cisco SD-Access solutions, including DNA Center, ISE integration, fabric provisioning, and network segmentation.
- Manage network segmentation and group-based policy enforcement using Cisco DNA Center, with a focus on automation.
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery of network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to deliver secure and efficient network services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues proactively and reactively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration standards.
- Contribute to network strategy, planning, and architecture decision-making.
- Stay current with emerging Cisco technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Support Cisco security devices (FMC, FTD) and work with FortiGate/Palo Alto firewalls.
- Utilize network automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, REST APIs).
- Apply expertise in Layer 2/3 protocols, IP routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VXLAN, multicast, and QoS.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferably hold Cisco and/or Fortinet/Palo Alto certifications; ITIL knowledge/certification is a plus.
