Job Description

The Enterprise Director (Software) will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the development, delivery, and management of enterprise-grade software solutions, with a focus on Healthcare Technology Platforms. This role requires deep expertise in software architecture, healthcare interoperability standards, and cloud-based technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment with business objectives, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant software solutions as a key member of the organization's leadership team.

• Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical vision and strategy for enterprise software solutions, aligning with organizational goals and healthcare industry standards.
• Solution Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software architectures, leveraging microservices, event-driven architectures, and healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical leads, application leads, integration leads, and other software professionals to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Healthcare Interoperability: Ensure seamless integration and data exchange across systems using standards such as FHIR, HL7, CDA, and clinical terminologies (SNOMED, CPT, LOINC).
• Cloud Expertise: Drive the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps, to build scalable and reliable solutions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and security standards (e.g., OWASP, OAuth2, SSO), implementing robust API and application security measures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, clients, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with use cases and functional needs.
• Delivery Oversight: Supervise end-to-end software delivery, including architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture designs, API specifications, and compliance records, while promoting industry best practices.
• Innovation and Optimization: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industryipeliningtrends, and evolving healthcare standards to drive continuous improvement and future-ready solutions.
