Comprehensively verify the outputs of the operations project in the authority.
Experience in redesigning and documenting processes in line with developed guidelines and requirements and reviewing them with a representative sample of affected stakeholders
Experience in using the Process Manual Process Documentation System (ARIS)
Conduct a basic exercise to standardize, analyze and identify deficiencies in existing processes and identify inefficient processes that need to be redesigned and streamlined
Collaborate with relevant business owners to evaluate re-engineering options, identify potential integration and automation of process journeys, and identify the most appropriate implementation paths (e.g., in-house development, third-party development)
Develop clear guidelines and tools to enable and support process management (e.g., process documentation templates, RACI (responsibility matrix), process map templates)
Analyze the gap between previous and redesigned processes and accomplish the changes required to support the transition \xe2\x80\x93 including developing and deploying systems to automate business processes
Assess periodic compliance with process governance guidelines, achieve performance measures, and make improvements and adjustments as appropriate
