Assess the impact of the new strategy, target operating model and organizational structure on the current competency framework
Update the current competency framework and align it with the organization\'s revised values, strategic priorities, goals, targets and targets in line with best practices
Integrate the revised competency framework into the existing performance management system and update related processes and processes to be competency-based (e.g. HR processes and mechanisms)
Launching internal development and communication programs to institutionalize the revised competency framework and drive performance around it
Assess the organization\'s capacity based on the revised competency framework, identify gaps, and launch outsourcing initiatives to fill these gaps
Conduct an annual review of the competency framework and performance results and incorporate improvements and adjustments accordingly
