Enterprise Architecture Specialist (experience In Competency Design)

Job Description
- Assess the impact of the new strategy, target operating model and organizational structure on the current competency framework
- Update the current competency framework and align it with the organization\'s revised values, strategic priorities, goals, targets and targets in line with best practices
- Integrate the revised competency framework into the existing performance management system and update related processes and processes to be competency-based (e.g. HR processes and mechanisms)
- Launching internal development and communication programs to institutionalize the revised competency framework and drive performance around it
- Assess the organization\'s capacity based on the revised competency framework, identify gaps, and launch outsourcing initiatives to fill these gaps
- Conduct an annual review of the competency framework and performance results and incorporate improvements and adjustments accordingly
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
