Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Abu Dhabi Government entity with the mandate to consolidate services and govern multiple affiliates. They are launching an exciting new One ERP Program and are looking to recruit an experienced Enterprise Architect Lead to join the team.

Role:

Envisioning, communicating, and evolving ERP enterprise architecture. The enterprise architect addresses key enterprise aspects including ERP organizational structure, business processes and strategies, value streams, data and information, and supporting technologies and how they fit together in ERP system and are expected to evolve over time.

Responsibilities:

- Create business architectural models for Financial, HCM, Proc systems to reflect the department\'s strategies and objectives and create and implement business visions and objectives
- Evaluate the systems engineering of the Financial, HCM, Proc systems and talent recruitment and accounting models for inconsistencies and weaknesses
- Lead the implementation of Financial, HCM, Proc systems application architecture design using best practices
- Lead the implementation of Financial, HCM, Proc systems data architecture using best practices
- Examination of the general IT strategy, architectural plans, infrastructure, financial and data systems applications, IT operations, business engagement models, building IT organizations, sources and the financial aspect of IT
- Maintain oversight of solution architecture for all projects and proposals for financial systems
- Maintain & track technical dependencies between projects and proposals for financial systems
- Provide analysis of the impact of changes on projects and proposals for Financial, HCM, Procurement systems
- Proactive handling of changes in the use and capacity of Financial, HCM, Procurement systems
- Suggest ideas to reduce costs in the field of IT, Financial, HCM, and Procurement systems

Requirements:

- Proven experience with end-to-end implementation of multiple large scale ERP Projects
- Experience with implementation across ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.)
- Atleast one consolidation ERP Program in an Enterprise Architect Lead capacity
- Experience working with SAP & Oracle is a plus
- Strong Stakeholder management experience, ideally within government
- Strong understanding of Business functions
- Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant technical field
- TOGAF, ITIL, and\\or Cloud Solutions Architect certifications
- 10+ Years experience working on implementation of ERP projects
