Join our team and contribute to the administrative and financial management of our English-speaking customers! As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for the following operations: - Collection management for English-speaking customers, including payment follow-up, reminders and dispute resolution. - Invoice processing for English-speaking customers, including invoice creation, verification, dispatch and follow-up. - Management of English-speaking customer accounts, updating information, processing requests, reconciling accounts and resolving anomalies. - Management of English-speaking supplier accounts, including processing supplier invoices, monitoring payments and resolving discrepancies. - Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth communication and effective management of English-speaking customer and supplier relationships. - Participation in the continuous improvement of management processes and tools.

Profil Recherche

Significant experience in a similar back-office role, with a strong focus on finance and accounting. Perfect command of English (written and spoken) with excellent professional communication skills. Sound knowledge of finance and accounting, including principles of collections, invoicing and accounts receivable/payable management. Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify problems and propose solutions. Thoroughness, organization, autonomy and attention to detail. Proficiency with IT tools, particularly accounting software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
