The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) with a specialized focus on IELTS preparation, ensuring students achieve their target scores through structured, student-centered instruction. Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned English language instruction to students across various proficiency levels.

• Specialize in IELTS preparation, including comprehensive training in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate active learning strategies, formative assessments, and performance tracking.

• Provide individualized feedback and academic guidance to help students improve language skills and achieve target IELTS scores.

• Monitor student progress through regular assessments, data analysis, and performance reports.

• Collaborate with the academic team to align teaching strategies with institutional goals and national education standards.

• Participate in professional development workshops, curriculum reviews, and staff meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and learning outcomes.

• Support students in building confidence and communication skills essential for academic and real-world success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• Valid teaching certification (ADEK) or equivalent recognized qualification.

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or IELTS preparation.

• IELTS Band Score of 6.5 or higher (preferably with a 7.0+ in Writing and Speaking).

• Strong command of English language structure, grammar, and pedagogy.

• Experience in designing and delivering IELTS-specific content and mock exams.

• Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and educational technology tools.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
