. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a love for English literature and language among students, while enhancing their communication and critical thinking skills.


Job Location:

Madinaty, New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, focusing on developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, supporting both advanced learners and those requiring additional assistance. Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback, adapting teaching methodologies as necessary to support student growth. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and a passion for learning. Foster a culture of respect and responsibility among students, promoting positive behavior and effective social skills. Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and support their involvement in the educational process. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects that enrich the overall curriculum. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Experience teaching Primary Stage is a must. Strong knowledge of English language and literature, with ability to inspire students in both subjects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Innovative and adaptable teaching style with a commitment to fostering student-centered learning. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
