The Bloomington Academy, the first British Curriculum school in Ajman, is seeking a dedicated and qualified
English Teacher
to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, foster a love for literature and language, and support students in developing strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the British Curriculum.
Inspire and engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
Assess, record, and report student progress regularly.
Differentiate lessons to cater to varying student needs and abilities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree
in English, English Literature, or related field.
Teaching qualification
(B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
Minimum
2 years of teaching experience
(UAE/British Curriculum experience preferred).
MoE approval
is mandatory.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Candidates on a
Spouse Visa
are preferred.
