Zahara Education is seeking a highly motivated and skilled

English and IELTS Teacher

to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in English language and IELTS preparation to students of varying age groups and proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English and IELTS lessons that meet individual and group learning needs. Teach across all language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking, with a focus on exam success. Conduct regular practice tests, provide feedback, and guide students on exam strategies. Create a supportive and interactive classroom environment that fosters student confidence and communication skills. Track student progress, maintain records, and provide timely feedback to learners and parents. Stay updated on IELTS exam formats, scoring patterns, and effective teaching methodologies. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the academic success of the institution.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. IELTS certification (Band 8 or above preferred) or CELTA/TEFL/TESOL qualification. Proven experience in teaching English and IELTS preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom management and organizational abilities. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
