The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join their extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 280 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities. YOUR DAY TO DAY As Engineering Supervisor, under the guidance of Duty Engineer, Maintenance Manager and / or the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the department. You will also provide guidance and pass on building management and engineering knowledge to your team on the ground to ensure an excellent and consistent level of service is provided to guests. Supervise and directs the daily activities of all Engineering Department, observes activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures. Check on completed repair and maintenance works to ensure that established standards have been met. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team! An engineering experience of at least 3 years with experience in a similar role in the hotel industry. A Diploma/ Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
