Job Description

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of guest rooms or residential/commercial units to ensure all engineering systems and equipment function properly, providing a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within rooms or facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in room equipment such as lighting, air conditioning, water supply, and appliances.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, guests, or management.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance work comply with safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and logs.
Coordinate with other engineering or housekeeping teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Assist in installing new equipment or upgrading existing systems as required.
Follow safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
ITI / Vocational training or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
Experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial settings.
