Job description

• Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work with our transportation client to manage the engineering and design of a major HSL line in UAE to ensure the consultants deliver high-quality design within scope and budget. You will be a technical coordinator for design review and lead design review and coordination meetings.
• Your activities will include but not be limited to:
• As Engineering Project Manager, manage the engineering process through the various phases.
• Ensure consultancies delivering design take into account all requirements and understand the client scope.
• Lead and coordinate design review meetings.
• Manage allocated engineers for project to ensure they deliver according to milestones and time scales.
• Stakeholder management

Profile

• Civil / Structural Engineering degree at a minimum Bachelors level.
• Minimum 15+ years\' experience in rail design and construction
• Excellent communicator in English - needs to be clear, concise, strong character to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
• Must have done at least 2 HSR design schemes completed as Engineering Manager
• Must have at least 1 HSR construction implementation completed as Engineering Manager
