JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of Systems Engineering activities as a first point of contact for the business units with regards to Systems Engineering
• Establishing and managing the Systems Engineering philosophy, strategy, and implementation plan in-line with ISO15288.
• Provides oversight of Project implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and project performance.
• Oversees the selection and training of qualified program staff, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision, and managing performance to ensure safe and efficient Project delivery including mentoring/ developing less experienced Systems Engineers
• Conducts monthly reviews to ensure accountability of all Systems Engineering related activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of deliverables and obligations.
• Manage the project scope and the interfaces between different work packages and phases.
• Manage and oversee the translation of contract requirements to concrete specifications together with the technical and functional teams.
• Organizing, implementing, and managing information management systems (including Relatics).

• Previous Project Management experience in EPC Oil & Gas and/ or Renewable Energy projects.
• Previous experience in implementation of Systems Engineering on Oil & Gas and/ or Renewable Energy projects.
• Previous experience in offshore wind farms and/ or HVDC/ HVAC substations is preferred
• Experience with software (like Relatics) including information modeling.
• Minimum 10+ years in Systems Engineering implementation on EPC projects (Renewable energy projects related to offshore wind farms would be an advantage).
• Engineering Bachelor's Degree with relevant certification in Systems Engineering or Master's Degree in Systems Engineering.
