About the Role:
The Engineering Manager - Civils & Stations will oversee multidisciplinary design coordination and interface management across civil structures and station facilities within the UAE's first HSR programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering design review for civil and station packages.
Coordinate between design consultants, client, and project delivery teams.
Manage technical submissions, approvals, and design assurance processes.
Ensure constructability, quality, and compliance with codes and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
15+ years of experience in infrastructure or HSR design/delivery.
GCC experience preferred.
Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
