Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious and talented fresh graduates in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, and other engineering disciplines (excluding IT)

to join our one-year structured graduate program. This immersive initiative is designed to provide hands-on experience in

real estate development, project execution, and construction management

As a

Graduate Trainee

, you will work alongside seasoned professionals, gain real-world exposure to live projects, and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the

construction and real estate industry

80-90% practical

, with structured training, mentorship, and professional development activities making up the rest.

Key Responsibilities

Shadow

Senior Project Managers

to understand project lifecycles and execution. Assist in

project planning, budgeting, and contract administration

. Support in

turnkey project delivery

for resorts, buildings, and residential developments. Participate in

on-site inspections, quality control, and safety compliance

. Collaborate with

architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and construction specialists

. Learn and apply industry-standard software such as

AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Primavera P6, and MS Project

. Engage in

rotational assignments

within different project teams for diversified learning. Attend

structured technical and leadership training workshops

. Develop

problem-solving and negotiation skills

in a real-world setting. Gain hands-on experience in

risk management and contingency planning

. Ensure compliance with

legal requirements, safety codes, and environmental policies

. Contribute to

project documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication

.
