Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance requests (Work Orders), ensuring timely updates and closure in the system.
Maintain Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and MEP equipment.
Prepare reports such as daily activity logs, utility consumption, and maintenance KPIs for management review.
Act as a central point of communication between Engineering and other departments for maintenance-related concerns.
Assist in preparing purchase requests, tracking LPOs, delivery follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of AMC contracts, equipment warranties, and calibration/inspection schedules.
Support in preparing documentation for audits, inspections (ADCD, Municipality), and internal quality checks.
Ensure proper filing and archiving of drawings, O&M manuals, and technical documents.
Track material stocks and notify engineers/supervisors for timely replenishment.
Follow up on outstanding jobs and escalate issues when needed.
Support the Engineering team in scheduling meetings, drafting minutes, and maintaining task follow-up lists.
