Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the joinery fit-out industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software. Strong knowledge of technical drawings and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the coordination of both project execution and maintenance works, ensuring smooth operations. Develop and manage detailed work schedules, including production, delivery/shipment, installation, completion, snagging, and maintenance timelines. Manage the workforce and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work at competitive pricing. Collaborate with clients, internal departments, and teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. Maintain documentation and communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are well informed and aligned. Provide technical oversight, including drawing review and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail. Driving license is a plus.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
