Prepare project budgets, material take-offs, and quantity calculations.
Develop and review construction drawings, including architectural, structural, and topographic plans.
Perform calculations for steel and reinforced concrete structures to support project execution.
Supervise on-site personnel and ensure proper task allocation.
Manage inventory records and monitor material usage.
Prepare technical and progress reports for management review.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Job Requirements
Ongoing university studies in
Civil Engineering or Architecture
.
Proven experience as a
Draftsman / Cost or Structure Calculator
.
Hands-on experience in construction projects, material quantification, and cost integration.
Strong knowledge of
steel and concrete structure calculations
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD and Inventor
.
Good reporting skills with
intermediate-level Excel
knowledge.
Ability to work in a structured manner with attention to detail.
