We have an exciting opportunity for you as Engineering Administrator to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.
As an Engineering Administrator / Storekeeper you are primarily responsible to ensure all files and records of Engineering Department are well kept and updated. Interests of confidentiality are well maintained. Moreover, responsible to handle and operate Engineering Stores.

• Keeps the daily, weekly, monthly, annual and monitory work reports of the department and reminds the Engineering Manager / Duty Engineer / Health & Safety Officer / Supervisors and the colleagues on their priorities.
• Records and encodes Minutes of Meeting of the department.
• Coordinates and issues/compiles preventive maintenance schedules as per hotel requirements through QEMS.
• Observes the provisions of the relevant policies and procedure (POMEC) for the hotel.
• Ensures that Health, Safety & Environment policy and procedures and all relevant health, safety environmental legislation are observed.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives.
• Accountable for maintaining and well arrange all records, documentation and files of Engineering Department.
• Contributes to the various CSR / Sustainability programs and to the meeting of business objectives.
• Prepares FF&E, Operational Budget, and Utility Budget and make the necessary follow up.
• Responsible for maintaining all AMC Calendars, Risk management , FLS Records, All Government Compliances including online portals from DTCM and DM.
• Maintains and tracks all 3rd party inspections.
• Ensures Engineering Stores are well maintained and monthly inventories are being done with zero deviations, maintains PAR and Running Stock efficiently
• Maintains the stock of running items and makes sure that no Complaint / Work Requests/ or Equipment is out of order due to non-availability of material.

The ideal candidate must be qualified engineer and must have 3 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role in a 5* city hotel in Dubai and has strong capabilities in handling administrative tasks & organizing, detail-oriented and, with ability to work under pressure of deadlines and ever-shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations. Also must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
