  • Role: Community & Activation Manager

  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Start Date: Immediate to 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch upsells, cross-sell, and re-engagement campaigns using lifecycle automation via CRM and communication tools.
  • Develop loyalty programs, nudges, and targeted messaging to re-engage inactive users.
  • Create initiatives to identify, reward, and engage super-users who can drive word-of-mouth and advocacy.
  • Moderate and grow our digital communities across platforms (Telegram, Instagram, etc.) and ensure user feedback loops are active.
  • Use data insights to segment users, identify drop-off points, and refine user journeys accordingly.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years proven experience in similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
