Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and experienced

Engineer

to work alongside our interior design and project teams in delivering high-quality, well-coordinated interior and architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, site experience, and a strong understanding of UAE construction standards. This role will be responsible for reviewing designs from a technical perspective, managing coordination on-site, and ensuring compliance with all engineering and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural and interior design drawings to ensure technical feasibility, compliance, and constructability. Provide engineering input and coordination across structural, electrical, and mechanical aspects of interior and building projects. Monitor and inspect on-site work to ensure alignment with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, and reports. Ensure compliance with UAE codes, authority regulations, and relevant health and safety standards. Assist with planning, scheduling, and reporting of construction activities. Attend site meetings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and resolve technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or equivalent). Minimum of

3-5 years of engineering experience within the UAE

, preferably on interior or architectural projects. Solid understanding of structural and MEP coordination in relation to interior layouts and design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and project coordination tools; Revit knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with local building regulations and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and in coordination with a creative team.
