As a global industry leader in environmental sustainability, we are the first in the world to capture carbon from the iron and steel industry. Our Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) facility at Al Reyadah has the capacity to capture 800,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) from Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) each year, for use in the Bab and Rumaitha oil fields to support Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). Al Reyadah is, therefore, a critical enabler of ADNOCaEUR(TM)s 2030 sustainability goals. Job Purpose : Plan and coordinate the maintenance activities of a wide range of telecommunication systems in the plant/terminal and liaise such activities with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the telecommunication systems. Key Accountabilities :

Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safety, reliability, availability, and the integrity of operations. Provide support to operations and maintenance teams for equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine equipment surveillance, and start-up activities. Liaise with other disciplines and establish seamless integration between operation and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with planned maintenance activities. Provide technical telecommunication support in the field for the execution of critical maintenance activities of the equipment to ensure that problems are resolved with minimum downtime. Assess the workload, backlog, and work plan and coordinate with relevant teams to complete the work plan. Monitor and arrange resources for effective compliance with the work plan. Monitor and control required materials, spares, consumables, and tools in high quality and efficient quantities to ensure continuous availability. Prepare method statements and Task Risk Assessments for critical jobs, verify maintenance procedures and instructions, scope of work for contractor jobs, and service work orders to meet work requirements and standards. Provide input to prepare and track forthcoming upgrades and obsolescence issues to integrate with the division's 5-year rolling business plans. Provide technical support for the development, implementation, and commissioning of new projects in the design and specifications of telecom systems to optimize costs and ensure compliance with standards and best practices. Participate in defining technical requirements, technical bid evaluation, and inspection of materials on receipt to ensure specifications are met. Monitor the performance of contractors for assigned works to ensure quality and standards are maintained. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Minimum Qualification : Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent. Minimum Experience & Skills : 6 years of experience in Telecom Engineering and Maintenance within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
