Understanding of various types of security threats and their solutions.
Experience of working on land development projects and developing security system from master planning stage to detailed design.

Ability to interpret the security risk assessment and device solutions.

Development of security risk assessment for small to medium projects will be a plus.

Good knowledge and prior hands on experience in security systems & technologies.

Ability to interface with other disciplines and coordinate to identify the impact of security solutions on master plan.

Experience of working with CAD/digital delivery team, understanding of drawing software such as Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D etc.

Support in progress meetings/communication with contractors, consultants and authorities.

Ensure the Safety in design is followed and quality process is in compliance with specification and requirement of the project.

Ensure the design meets all relevant international codes and local standards. When required, Support in reviewing of Contractor key shop drawings and major materials submittals

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in design.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant discipline.
