Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and deliver technical proposals and documentation.
Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
Support customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer interactions.
Assist in the design and customization of products to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Mechanical or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
Strong understanding of the product or technology being sold.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations. They work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
