QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in alumina refinery maintenance or equivalent with experience in process optimisation or reliability engineering.
Skills:
Good understanding of how to read and elaborate engineering technical documentations for systems and equipment.
In-depth knowledge of equipment maintenance practices
Strong capability to identify processes and instructions.
Strong knowledge of basic asset and risk analyses methods such as ACA (Asset Criticality
Analysis) or PS (Problem Solving methodology)
Good knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
Capable to perform simple tasks independently, calculating dimensions, modelling and to specify and analyse engineering problems based on his/her discipline ( instrumentation)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Good troubleshooting ability and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance to graduate engineers
