Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare regular project reports and updates for stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Assist in the development of cost management plans and ensure adherence to budget.
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication and coordination between various project stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project control or project management roles.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
