Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of production processes.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- Prepare and maintain production documentation and reports.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production equipment and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in production engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a production engineering role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and methodologies.
- Proficient in production planning and scheduling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
