Act as a focal point for the ongoing projects, schemes, shutdown activities within BU Divisions
Ensure communication networks, both internal and external are managed effectively to identify and mitigate the
risks associated with production interventions.
Collaborates with various stakeholders (Integrity/ Production/ projects etc.) for preparation of projects shutdown interface plan.
To issue quarterly high-level update on outage optimization, operation readiness plan and operation maintenance and integrity assurance plan.
Identifies clashing activities for potential optimizations on the 3-month and 12-month look planning.
Prepares and provides input for management presentations for a number of formal meetings including shareholders steering committee and regular internal meetings.
Provides Project Interface Planning Support to all stakeholders on critical Projects. Issue monthly integrated interface Plan.
Prepare and Updates the bedding (accommodation) plan in view of each projects/schemes schedule by coordinating with each job officer in coordination with sites.
Arrange / attend meetings (Projects kick-off, co-ordinations and progress review meetings with contractor) with Fields & Projects team and prepare meetings records and follow-up outcomes.
Establishes the BU asset integrated plan & schedule showing the Key milestones and interfaces between asset & projects.
Coordinates with major Project Teams towards the different layers of Interface meetings.
Monitors progress of the integrated plan, highlights areas of concern, and issues regular reports.
Follows up the Project reviews, events and Milestones as input to the Integrated Readiness Plan.
Participates in technical studies in conjunction with Projects. Prepares Presentations and Reports for Shareholders, Senior Management as and when required.
Ensures all inputs are accurate and timely as related to divisional Performance Contract and Key Business Priorities follow up.
Participates in the preparation of the Division Budget and monitors monthly and reports.
Participates and prepares for various Shareholders Technical / Business meetings (TCM, PFISC).
Action tracking of task force recommendations and follow up on major project issues to avoid any production impact.
Follows up MOC process related to changes for effective production management.
Provides overall production intervention plan and highlight unnecessary interventions because of project overlap or not utilizing any other opportunity window.
Regular interaction with divisional focal points, team leaders and divisional managers from other divisions on development, monitoring and reporting on plans.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor`s Degree in an Engineering discipline.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
5-6 years\' experience in planning and scheduling in Major Building/Civil Projects in a large organization.
Must be conversant with Primavera, MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.
Good knowledge of English.

Physical Effort
Maximum Work involved with Computer. Also exposure to travelling, standing, walking and climbing up to 30% of working time while conducting Audits and Inspections.
Work Environment
